Adding SEO to Custom Home Page

    How do insert the SEO keywords, description, metatags etc on my Custom Home Page?
    Unlike all other pages, this page does not appear in the list of pages, nor has the SEO plug in visible.

    As the home page is most important for the search engines, it simply must have the SEO installed.

    I am using ALl InOne SEO Pack.

    Please advise.
