Adding Short Code

When I add a short code using the text tab it either changes nothing or the code itself show on the site.
When I installed the plugin it auto inserted one in which I don’t even know how to delete it because I can not see it in the text edit page at all.??

The code I am trying to add is Kento Star Rating and the site address is https://wildriverswellnesscenter.com/vendor-list/
