Adding Shortcode To Top Header Bar

To get the result as you desired, please create a child theme as instructed in the post https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/shortcode-in-top-bar-doesnt-work/ and add the shortcode code echo do_shortcode( '[language-switcher]' ); before a line that says

</div> <!-- top-header-menu-wrapper end -->
