• Hi – I used to have a full-width blog page sans the primary sidebar. Now I’m trying to bring it back – I turned on the option under blog under theme options and added a couple of widgets to the primary sidebar, but it doesn’t show on the page – even though space is created? Is there something I’m missing? Sharing an example post:

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey,
Your sidebar is showing as empty. Can you confirm that you’re enabling the primary sidebar on your blog page and not another? Have you cleared your cache after adding widgets to the sidebar?

Hey – I turned on “Blog Post Sidebar Default” to Yes, Show. Is there a way to specify the primary sidebar to be the default here? By emptying cache do you mean browser or WP cache?

So – it does appear on the category pages for which I turned it on too. Not sure where I’m going wrong?

    Also, I cleared WP cache..

So, I noticed that it’s appearing on some posts:

And the sidebar doesn’t seem to be getting activated for some posts too:

Okay, weirdly – for some posts, I’m having to check the default sidebar setting at the bottom of the post. Is there a way to check which posts this is causing an issue with?

If you have the sidebar setting set to default in your posts then the sidebar should show. Looks like you got this working? I’m seeing the sidebar on your posts now. Or are you still experiencing places of this not working?

Kind of. Just one quick question – for some posts, I’m having to check the default sidebar setting at the bottom of the post. Is there a way to check which posts have this set as no, or do I have to go into every post manually to check the setting?

The setting should be set to default unless changed. Had you been manually setting it when originally creating your pages?
