Adding sites? / Can't Find "Network" button when setting up MU

    Im using Godaddy and have just entered the code in my wp-config and replaced all the code in .htaccess with the said code, but now all thats different is that there is a MY SITES sections that only shows me my primary site.

    How do I add sites?
