We aren’t usually the best place to come looking for integrations like this, as we don’t know what other folks (in this case the GetResponse team) are working on/ have made.

I did a quick Google search and found their plugin for WooCommerce here: https://www.getresponse.com/integrations/woocommerce.html

I would say look at that and then ask them any further questions that you might have.
