Adding tables in content

  • Hello,

    I’m wondering what the best plugin is to add tables from word into wordpress. It just has to be a simple table no search box or anything. I know have WP-Table Reloaded but this has too much unnecessary functions.

  • Pating anything from Word doesn’t work directly. It’ll mess up your layout. You need to convert from word to plain text first….which will negate the whole thing you are trynig to accomplish

    Pasting from Word includes some formatting junk which can totally hose your whole site

    Unlike pasting text from Word to WordPress you can successfully paste a table. Create your table as you want – you can add the text in Word or WordPress, copy and paste into your “Add new post.”
