    TaskFreak version 1.0.18

    – Fresh install of WordPress on website.
    – Changed theme to ‘Twenty Fifteen’.
    – Installed TaskFreak through the Plugins menu in WordPress.

    – Added [tfk_all] to a page called “Projects”.
    – Added 12 projects in TaskFreak (all are ‘In Progress’).
    – Trying to add a task (filling in every field), and clicking on “Save Task”.

The tasks is not saved, and “Oops! That page can’t be found.” is displayed on the screen. The URL after saving the task is: …/projects/?proj=8&edit&noheader=1.

So, everything works, except saving/adding tasks.

    What to do?

Sorry about that. This plugin does not support WP 4.3+ yet.

Oh, bummer. Looking forward to see WP 4.3+ supported. :P.

Will try to run the TaskFreak standalone webapp. Thanks for your quick response.

Hmpf, the standalone webapp also seems to be outdated. After installing/setting it up and logging in, I am greeted with an empty white page. (Last update was in 2010…)

TaskFreak looked perfect for what I wanted to use it for… I can’t seem to find a nice alternative. Suggestions, anybody?

    Herve,

Any idea when an update will be ready for 4.4?

    I’ve found an alternative: TaskRocket.

You have to pay for it (TaskFreak is free), but TaskRocket works on WP 4.4, it is being updated and maintained, the developer answers to emails quickly and thoroughly and… it looks beautiful.

Again, TaskFreak worked for me and I liked it… Just too bad it’s not being updated for the newest version(s) of WP.
