Which widgets are you wanting specifically? Chances are you’ll need to filter them in with some custom code or I know there are plugins that emulate the core widgets but add support for custom content types.

    Hi
I used List Custom Taxonomy and it does the job.

I have 3 Custom Taxomonies and it allows you to add 3 of them to the widget area. Just select the taxonomy and you are good to go.

Thanks for your support, but is not working out for me, because I want each custom post category page to have sidebars and also i want a filter option at the top, so we can navigate from one category to the other on the category list page.
My site uses list of countries as category, but if you click on the category page, it is not filtelerable and it doesn’t have sidebars.

Still going to need to be a custom solution of sorts to achieve what I’m perceiving you to be wanting.

CPTUI itself doesn’t do any integration with the core widgets or template files. That’s up to each individual site owner to handle to meet their needs. I know the category widgets have WordPress filters in them to change arguments used for their output, but you’d need to tailor that usage yourself.
