Adding text before form

Hi Alexander, is it possible to add text before the Name and Email Address form? If so, how does this work?

I have also another question. How can I make the test splitted in two pages, with questions on the first page and on the second page the Name and Emailaddress form. I know I can put the forms at the end, but you always need to add a question first. How can I fix this myself?
