Adding text/link in RSS feed

Hi all-

I’m stuck. I am using The Events Calendar PRO plugin, which creates a feed:

A feed for a single event:

https://events.marylhurstmult.wpengine.com/event/feed/the-art-gym-2016-bfa-thesis-exhibition

My main concern is adding a text/link to the end of the description in the feed. I’d like to have a “Read More” link that links to the page of the event (it’s already linking the title, but I’d like to add that extra “Read More” text to the bottom).

I’m using a plugin called HungryFEED to get it on to that second site.

As a bonus, if any one is familiar enough with The Events Calendar, I’d like that feed to not only show the “Read More” link, but also show the event of the date – it shows up in the full feed (https://events.marylhurstmult.wpengine.com/event/feed/) but doesn’t appear to show in the single event feed (https://events.marylhurstmult.wpengine.com/event/feed/the-art-gym-2016-bfa-thesis-exhibition).

Apologies for the long question, and I know a lot of it deals with a specific plugin – they don’t appear to support much customization, though, and I don’t know enough about this area to do it myself. I appreciate the time and any help you can provide. ??
