Adding the Content of a Page to the Side Bar?

Hi. I am developing a site for a friend:
https://perditionrecords.com/roughneckblog
We’d like to have the content of a specific page automatically appear in the side bar as normal text.
https://perditionrecords.com/roughneckblog/?page_id=15
Essentially, I’d like my friend to be able to edit that page content, save/publish it, and have it appear as straight text running down the right side bar. Any ideas?
