Adding the Page ID

I’m not getting this plugin to work and suspect that I didn’t add the page ID to the .php properly. Is this the correct way to add it to the child theme’s functions.php file?

eos_scfm_related_desktop_id( $post_2076 );
eos_scfm_related_mobile_id( $post_2416 );
