Adding title/narration/comments/labels to edit post form fields

    I have started using just custom fields in the “edit post” screen and am hoping to find a way to label and provide a comment on the default “Title” and “Post Body” fields like I am able to on my custom fields.

    It seems straight forward to have a text input for the title and a wysiwyg text area for the content but I have added 20 or so custom fields and for consistency and ease of use by guest collaborators I am hoping to add labels and a description.
