Adding Unique Random Number in Permalink

Most websites now days use a random unique number or string attached to their blog post permalink. like the link from Gizmodo have in the end. Is there any way to do it using any plugins or without using any plugins?

I am trying to make it total numeric. It should look like https://abc.com/my-post-title-564325
