Adding User Photos to Comments?

Hi, first of all, thank you for this great plugin! I have installed and configured the plugin on my wordpress and when I upload a picture I can see the picture and thumbnail just fine but when people post comments the little avatar space still just shows a white outline of a person. If you could please tell me where to replace the code and what to replace it with so that their User Photo shows up in place of the white outline it would be greatly appreciated! Sorry for the repeated question but I read the topics of other people with this problem and didn’t find anything that solved it for me. Thanks again!
