    Hi,

Do you intend on adding v1.10 compatibility to this plugin? I see it hasn’t been updated in a while now so I’m just curious if the project is still active or if you’ve dropped it.

    Thanks for your reply.

i hope they do as osTicket v1.10 has now been released https://osticket.com/blog/124

We are still working on it.
As per usual fashion they changed the entire database structure as to where what is stored.
which requires us to re-code pretty much every query again.

In our dev environment most is now working but we still got a few broken queries causing some issues which have to be fixed before we can release things.

do you have a ETA ?

I would love to say yes, but not yet.

Due to the extensive changes to osticket database we keep finding issue after issue.
Currently most of the customer pages have been verified working, we still have to go through admin pages which hopefully will be less time consuming then the customer pages.

If no weird surprises come on our path it should be ready end this week / begin next week.

    Hello,

I am also looking for this update. Can you please message me if you need help with the testing as well. Also, any ideas on when can we expect the new update?

    Please ETA?

To be honest it would be nice just having part of the mod that links the database with WP users i dont need all of the osticket admin in WP part.

Would it be possible to have 2 addons one full and one that only links the DB to WP without the osticket admin in WP part?

I dont know about the others but i use the original osticket admin anyways.

    Getting there guys,
Client end has been 100% tested and ready
just a few issues left in the admin end (mainly ticket details and create ticket) which i hope will be resolved shortly.

@raykaii i don’t think we got any plans to split up the ticket system, currently the plans for after this release is to more integrate the admin aspect of things (with for example wp users / woocommerce profiles / woocommerce subscriptions and so on).

However no matter what we make the option to simply not use the WP Admin end is always there, so people can use whichever they prefer ??

    suggestion:
could we have a option to hide the osticket admin tabs so that WP dont need to render the codes of those pages for the ppl that dont use it ?

We can consider that for next version.
Current version we are working on is way over due and trying to release it asap (so just fixing the v1.10 bugs is left on the menu for now).

    Any update on 1.10 compatibility?

As someone mentioned before, having just the database integration ( user login/password ) would be enough for most people. Is there a quick way you could provide that only and not have to wait for complete plugin?

    Thanks !!!

    Hello guys,

I finally finished testing and fixing up the last little bits for the release.
Tomorrow i will be pushing the new release for everyone to download (still have to do readme and images for WordPress plugin).

It took much longer then expected, but i assume everyone will be happy with the progress we made ??

    Regards,
    Marco
