Adding VAT exemption text according to country

    Hi all
    I run several shops in France on Storefont / Woocommerce last version, PHP 7.4, no issue with the plug-in it has been working perfectly during years for my need.
    I was wondering if it would be possible to add an exemption mention based on the country of the buyer – for example there is no VAT when shipping outside of EU territory, hence I would like, maybe in fields 2 or 3 for example, to have some code that says
    if country is among (list of countries outside EU) then display VATexemptionDueToExportation
    if anyone sees what I mean.
    I figure this would be only available on Pro version but I’m not even sure it’s feasible.
