Adding Video To My Facebook Theme

Hello All,
I am preparing my new social website for launch soon, but there are a few different and important plugins that I need. The problem…I have no idea which to use.
I need my members to be able to easily upload videos, and music to a post or their personal page, just like facebook. Which plugin do I need? I do not want to do this from the admin side. It is a must that the users be able to do it themselves!
