Adding WordPress Blog to Newsnow.co.uk

Hi,
I have searched both on these forums and the web generally for information on how to add my blog (it’s a ‘soccer’ blog) to the latest headlines at https://www.newsnow.co.uk

The information given on the Newsnow site is sketchy as far as I am concerned (I’m not brilliant with this sort of thing) and it states:
“To reduce the load on your server, we require that you create a special headline page for us to scan. This can be an XML/RSS feed, or a simple HTML page containing just your headlines.”

What I want to know is how do I go about creating one of these pages? I can do the basic HTML and upload that each time I do a story but that would be a major hassle and too much work to contemplate since I can update up to 6-7 times a day.

Oh and I use Blue House theme from Tech Wench.
