Adding wp-layout.css to the Common Files links?

Is there any way to add wp-layout.css to the list of Common Files links in the Template section of the control panel? I have been editing it often and it is a pain to have to keep typing it in, especially since I have trouble remembering the name properly. ?? I’d like it to appear in the list with the index.php file so that I can just click on it to edit it.
