    Hi,

We are looking to use your plugin, but don’t need the integration with Mailchimp etc – just wanting to make use of the popup and associated config.

My question was whether it is possible to insert a WPCF7 shortcode into the HTML content of the popup? The reason being that we want to use the existing WPCF7 functionality of automated emails on submission etc.

    Many thanks
    Cam

Any thoughts on this one please guys?

    Thanks

I don’t think this will work. The may Mailmunch functions is that you do all the form coding and editing on their site (not your WordPress), and then the form is displayed in your designated post area/popup using iframe.

So you will have to move all your form HTML code on Mailmunch site.

I understand what exactly you want to do. Because I was looking for a very similar solution. What I ended up doing was

    1. simply display a popup with a button (this can be coded using HTML).
    2. When a user clicks on the button they are transferred to the form page.
    3. When they fill the form and submit the usual code on my site takes over.

You can check it out the popup on this page – https://competitiondigest.com/best-books-ssc-cgl-exam/.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks – think I am going to give this plugin a try instead:

You can try using the custom HTML feature of MailMunch for this. Paste any HTML and it should work but WPCF7 won’t function, only HTML will.
