Adding zoom to a geo map

@danydan2019 could you please explain the requirement in greater detail? Please note that this is a geomap not a google map.

@rozroz I’m just talking about a “+” and “-” zoom to see better some countries (I’m not aiming to see roads and details on a map)

You can have an example here : https://www.amcharts.com/visited_countries/

I see codes like:
zoomControl: {
zoomControlEnabled : true
},

Should I add something like that?

@danydan2019 unfortunately, there is no such/similar option in the Google API: https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/geochart

I would love to display the name of the country when the arrow is above the country, how can we do that please? What code should I add? (next to {“legend”:”none”}?)

@danydan2019 that feature works by default. Please check the default geochart our plugin creates.

@rozroz Yes you’re right, I don’t know why it has disapeared on my map… I did it again and the name of the country is here.
Is there a chance to display just the name of the country? Not the information after (“Popularity” for exemple)

@danydan2019 as mentioned earlier, if you see an option for this in the google API options it is possible; if the option is not there, it is not ?? I don’t see an option for this.

I maybe found a solution to this: In my CSV file, I wrote:
Country, XXX
String, String
Albania,Albania
Andorra, Andorra
….

An it displayed only the name of the country.

My problem now is that only the based green color appears, even if I change the colors in the parameters of the plugin. Do you know a code to override this and put another custom color?

@danydan2019 you may want to look at https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/geochart#coloring-your-chart and provide something like {colorAxis: {colors: ['#00853f', 'black', '#e31b23']}} in the manual configuration

I did another way as the code didn’t overpass the green color I had.
