Adding/Editing Custom Social Media Icons in Menu Area

I’m trying to put custom social media icons in my wordpress site without putting them in the widget area. I want to stay with the “full width” template which eliminates the sidebar widget area but still want to have my icons in there.

You can see I’ve already added them in but getting them in the right hand side position while being responsive to the browser window size is troublesome. Someone please help!
