Addition of hidden DIV throws off alignment

The below hidden DIV that is placed at the top of the form call is causing an alignment issue in my footer.

Please either remove on next release or place at the bottom of the form call.

Am yet to actually test with a API but thought you should be made aware that this is causing issues for some users.
