Addition of schedule in each lesson in tutor lms

I have been trying to alter the code of the plugin(tutor LMS) on my local host to add calendar dates for each lesson. I could change the user interface successfully. I added the column in the table and made all relevant query changes to add data, but I cannot store the data in the SQL table (wp_posts).

There is barely any article on adding fields in the plugin tutor LMS. Are there any existing plugins or code snippets that may help me?
