Additional Bar Not Showing Up On All Pages

Hi! I have same problem!

The problem is that the fruitful shortcodes tools doesnt display on edit page visual edition, it′s already activated on settings>Fruitful shortcodes but doesnt display.

How can I fix that?

I tried downgrading wordpress and shortcode versions but still nothing.
