• There is a section within the “Customizing Email Type and Text” area – – When I put my custom content in the Additional Content section, it does show up on the automatic page view of the email template – – and I do hit save before moving on to work on a new section. However, once I do go into a new section (like the footer for example), the content I added in the Additional Content section is no longer showing on the Email – – but if I go back into the “Customizing Email Type and Text” section the content I want to show is still there in the Additional Content box, it is just not showing up or saving to the Email template. (I hope this is making sense) Any ideas why or how to fix this? I need to add some important information to the email for customers, after the order information in the Email, and if I put it in the body text it displays before the order information.

Thank you for your time and help.
    Regards,
    Tiffany

    Hi Tiffany,
Sorry for the delay! Are you clearing your cache after making these changes? Can you tell me what theme you’re using?
    Thanks!

    Hi Hannah,

If I hit save, everything is still there. However, if I refresh the page or go to another tab my changes within the Addition Content area are gone. I don’t get a chance to clear my cache as my content is already gone. I am using the Divi theme.

I am hoping we can figure this out as my client really wants this to work ??

I do get an error when I inspect the page (I don’t know what it means – – but it I load the theme customizer I have no issues there making edits and saving those?):

Try clearing your cache right after saving the settings. Does that make a difference?
