• Hi,

    When I add a message such as “You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.” in the “Additional content on processing email in case of local pickup orders” field it appears twice in the email that is received. Any ideas why this is happening. I just updated to the latest version of the plugin: Version 1.1.6

    Hi, We just did a test of your scenario and this message appears once.
    try to remove the message, see if it disappears or it shows once, maybe you set the same message in the email? are you using a customizer?

    Hi,

    Thanks for looking into this. I’m not using any customizer nor have I edited the email template file. So when I remove all text from the field, nothing appears in the email that is received. When I enter any text – I just tried adding “hello” and it appeared twice. I cant share a link to the site here but if you want to see this in action let me know how I can contact you.

    Hi,

    Can you please send us a screenshot of the processing email?
    Maybe you have a conflict with some other plugin. Please deactivate all other plugins temporally, keep the ALP and WC active, see if the issue is resolved, then activate all the other plugins one-by-one and try again after each time you activate a plugin until you find the plugin that creates the conflict.

    Hi,

    Yeah Ill try deactivating each plugin and see if thats the issue. Is there a way to hard code a message on the customer-processing-order.php file if local pickup is set with your plugin? Right now the issue is appearing on this email. Maybe an if statement could work?
