Additional CSS only way?

    Im trying to stylish a CF7 module but without success, it would seem that the method of editing the style.css file of the theme does not work
    The only way to see changes is to add additional CSS directly through the theme editor

    In addition, i found that the additional CSS, for example to stylish a page, is not saved in the Style.css file of the theme, but in the database.
    Does this mean that any updates to WordPress or the theme used, would not overwrite the additional CSS used?
