    Is there any way to add custom PDF documents such as an order confirmation or a run order sheet?

    Hi Hendrik,
    Not easily at this moment. With the Professional extension you get an additional document (Proforma invoice), that you can customize to be used as an order confirmation. Adding more documents is also possible but requires quite a bit of custom code.

    is it possible to edit the cart after creating a proforma invoice and can a new proforma invoice be created after editing the cart?

    Hello Hendrik,
    Like with the normal invoice, the PDF always reflects the latest status of the order. So if you create a proforma invoice, edit the order, then create a new proforma invoice, the last one will be updated with the new order data. However, this will ‘overwrite’ the previous proforma invoice because an order can only hold one proforma invoice.

    @nicolas-leclerc, unfortunately I do not have a guide for this, and this is a bit beyond support for the free version too…
