    Hi, when someone fills out a questionnaire it is sent to my admin email. But I have also entered that the questionnaire should be sent to an additional email. It seems that this function is not working because I am not receiving the questionnaires to my additonal email. I have tried all kinds of things but I have no idea why it is not working.

    Please provide us with the following information so we can investigate your issue further.

    1. A link to where the survey is located and it is open to guests.
    2. Do you have a caching plugin activated? Please try clearing all the caches and check the case again.
    3. Can you tell us if an ordinary email or test email is sent from your webpage or not?
    4. Please let us know if you have an SMTP plugin activated.

    Thanks for your reply.

    1. We have a lot of surveys and the problem appears on all the surveys. Here you got a link of one of the surveys: https://matchtool.nl/vragenlijst-magazijnmedewerker-nieuwegein/

    2. Yes, we have a caching plugin, I have cleared all the caches. But we still have the same problem.

    3. Yes, its an ordinary email thats sent from our webpage.

    4. No we don’t have an SMTP plugin activated.
