additional email after order confirmation

    hello, in our shop we have the shipping opportunity “standard delivery” and “pick up”. if the customer choose the pick up, we want to send them an extra email after order confirmation. in this email should be the pickup time – if it′s ready to pick up, we call the customer and then they can show up and all the other information like location etc. should be in there too. can someone help me, to make this possible?

    To achieve your goal of sending an extra email to customers who choose the “pick up” shipping option, you could either use a custom code or an additional plugin.

    You can use our AutomateWoo plugin to automate your email notifications based on various workflows. With AutomateWoo, you can create a workflow that triggers an email to your customer as soon as you mark an order as ready. If you need to create custom or additional order statuses, the WooCommerce Order Status Manager plugin is there for you to use.
