    I tested it, it works perfectly fine but it would be nice if you add a personalized from Name field and a personalized image instead of just the From Email. the test email doesnt look like its from the site. Lol

    Thanks for your feedback!

    Currently, the option to change / personalize your name field isn’t available. As of now, the display name that you have associated in mail.zoho.com -> Send Mail As section will be used. We do have the option to personalize the name field in our road map. It will be made available soon.

    Until then, please bear with is.

    Also, in regards to ‘Personalized image’, we would like to know more specific details. Is it a template?

    It would be much appreciated, if could share a screenshot, and provide more in-depth details, for further analysis.
