• Hi,

I have been using this plugin for a client website. We love the plugin, but the execution has been sub-par for our implementation. We really want to continue using it so I am reaching out for help.

I have been working with our client for the last few months to try to get the our order emails looking professional using Kadence Email Customizer. We have a custom field option for gift messages that seems to add an additional column to the entire email. This additional col pushes everything to the left and creates the illusion of inconsistent padding.

In addition to the gift message ruining the entire email format, it also does not display very well at all. The text is misaligned and is hard to read.

I have been trying to debug the plugin myself due to the stress this has caused our client. I am competent enough in PHP and HTML to edit the plugin if you guys can tell me where to start (which .PHP template file is causing the issue, etc). I am reaching out as a final effort before I switch to another method of creating WooCommerce emails.

This photo describes the issue in detail with actual examples. I wouldn’t mind meeting with a member of your team if you would like to discuss the issue further as it seems to be rooted in the <td>, <tr> layout of order notes within the PHP template generator.

    Hey,
Thanks for reaching out! Sorry you’re experiencing this. Thank you for the screenshot! Can you tell me how you’re adding the custom field? Are you using any additional WooCommerce plugins?
I’ll have the developer provide some insight on this as well. Thanks for your patience!

    Kindly,
    Hannah

I believe we use PPOM conditional checkout fields to add this setting.

    Hey,
So our plugin doesn’t add that custom field, your plugin is adding it so you won’t find the code for that in our plugin. You need to reach out to the PPOM conditional checkout fields plugin support to find the code that added their fields to emails.
