    Hi Maria,

    Using the Hidden Fields box, you can add extra fields (e.g. <input type='text' name='something'...). You’ll need to be sure to add the “something” to match the added field in MailChimp. I know it is possible, but outside of the scope of what I’m able to help with. I’d have to hunt around myself to find exactly where to add it in MailChimp ??
