Additional fields?

Not sure what you mean by additional fields? Also, where and how would you like to display these fields? As separate tabs?

It would be great if in addition to the “Products tab description” field other text fields could be added. These, if filled with content, should be displayed below the description field content.

I’m thinking of additional contact information or links inside unique fields, not just one bulk-info block. That way, something like an about page for a brand would only have to be created/maintained once.

Basically additional term meta fields for the attribute info tab.

I understand. I suppose it would be possible, but it would be quite complex. What you’re describing is basically reproducing almost the entire functionality that the plugin provides. Add additional fields and render additional fields. Also, I don’t quite understand the advantage of having multiple fields, rather than only one. Therefore I don’t see this as a possible extension of the plugin.

But why not using one bulk-info block? If you are having an attribute taxonomy Brand with various brand terms, you can just add all the About information of the brands inside of the one bulk-info field, including contact information and whatnot. You can even use HTML and shortcodes to format it nicely.

Then, on the attribute taxonomy settings, you can select to display the product tab description below the product description, rather than in a separate tab. With this setup you’d still only have to maintain brand descriptions once and have the displayed on every product that has the brand term assigned to it.

Mainly, I need the separate fields for administrative purposes. Maybe I do use only one bulk block after all though.
