Additional fields checkout

Good day all,

Not sure on the correct technical term I am after but I’ll try and explain below

my website deliveries to different villas in Portgual. 

in checkout shipping fields is it possibly to create an extra field could be wrong word used

that I could add all villa names, addresses in WordPress backend and users start typing name like villa silva. When they start to type Sil it would show villa names with letter Sil they could select and it would populate full address ?
