Additional fields–no coding knowledge

Hi there.
I have no coding knowledge, but this plugin seems the closest so far to what I need for site registration. I’ve tried looking up other tutorials, but they all seem to assume a certain level of coding knowledge, which I don’t have.
I need to add these fields:
GST or Practitioner License Number:
Store or Clinic Name:
Address:
City:
Province/State:
Postal/Zip Code:
Country:I’m not sure how this integrates with WooCommerce–assuming it does, I would just need the one address for verification. If not, I guess I would also need to do Bill to and Ship to addresses.
Even if someone can give me the basic code that I would modify the field descriptions for, it would be helpful.
