Wait for 2.0.4 (will be released in next 30 days) or use this forked version from GitHub (if you need it today):

2.0.4 will incorporate the fork’s changes so you’ll be able to upgrade without issue.

Love this plugin! I’d like to add a checkbox for a newsletter subscription. I just wanted to see what the update was on the 2.0.4 release.
