additional headers and display correctly &

Hello, I have two questions. How can I correctly display & when receiving an email. On the other hand I still have a syntax error displayed in the email tab in the additional headers. I put Bcc:[dynamic-email] but even when I leave the basic reply to, it works, but I still get this error displayed. Do you have an idea please? Thank you so much
