Additional Information

  • I am unable to access the “additional information” section while creating a store. is there a setting that needs to be checked for this? I am needing to add website urls

    The tab breaks when there’s a JS error caused by one scripts used by another plugin / your theme.

    You can see where the error comes from by opening the browser console ( F12 ). If you disable all plugins for a second, or use a default WP theme, then it does work?

    I am having the same problem, thanks for the info. about using the browser console to figure out the conflict. When I disable the Ghost Kit plugin I can get to the Additional Information tab. Do you have suggestions for what to do? I need both plugins.

    And now, after deactivating Ghost Kit plugin then reactivating it, I can now access the Additional Information tab in WP Store Locator, so I think it is now working and I am set!
