additional menu and footer

  • Hi,
    I just switched from KALE to ELARA and I have the problem with the additional menu appearing along the very top in a grey band… how do I remove it?
    My only option in Appearance → Customize → Menus is create new menu and view location.
    Can you help me with that?

    Another question is: if I use the slider, can I do it without the text? Just titel?
    Thank you for doing a great work!

    And last but not least: how can I change/take out the footer that has now all these things like: RECENT COMMENTS, CATEGORIES, RECENT POSTS and ARCHIVE.

    ok I figured out that I can resolve that problem with moving around blank text widgets…
