Additional Name field in email

I’ve had a request for an additional field in the email section to put someone’s name, so we can say in that field “Dan’s personal” as an example; this would be in addition to the dropdown of work or personal, and the option to choose preferred.
(We have the free Connections plugin that we are using with the Church and Event Theme)
