Additional options for search do not work

Hello,

I am using the search and filter, and it works great in my sidebar. I am having an issue getting some of the additional options to work. This is my shortcode:

[searchandfilter fields=”search,discipline_category,decade_tag” post_types=”exhibit” headings=”,Disciplines,Decades” order_by=”name” order_dir=”ASC” search_placeholder=”Filter” empty_search_url=”https://bfsa.jhu.edu/exhibits/exhibit-list/” ]

I am only able to get fields, post_types and headings to work, when I search the order_by, order_dir search_placeholder and empty_search_url do not work. I am using this in a text widget.

Any Ideas how I can change the text in the search input?
