Additional Permissions for Specific Users

Hi, is it possible to add ‘personal’ capabilities to a specific user? The previous, outdated plugin is used before Members allowed me to do that but I couldn’t find a way to do the same with Members.

The only way would be to create a new role for each capability I want to add to a specific user, which is not very optimized, I would have to create many new roles to do so.
