Additional plugins for multilingual site management

Hi there
How exactly multilingual content is managed? For example, if I have one multilingual plugin like WPML. How can I add notes for the translator or editor in the backend for them to see? How how can I mark a translation as incomplete or with some typos and errors? I am searching for such a plugin that adds an additional column for pages/posts for translation to be approved by the admin (translators, editors, content managers). How to report errors on page (translation) and mark that page as incomplete?
