    • on separate row, total without vat and shipping price without vat
    • on separate row, vat amount including products vat and shipping price vat
    • on last row, total of everything

    Hi @capnjazz,

The column structure of the order table in the free main version is the following:

    • Product: Displays the product name and its metadata, including the SKU and its weight.
    • Quantity: The product quantity count.
    • Price: The total price of the product line.

If you want to add more lines or customize the existing, you can either to code them by yourself if you have PHP and HTML skills,?creating a custom PDF template, or use the customizer, which is a drag & drop?tool, included in the Premium Templates extension, part of the WooCommerce PDF Invoices and Packing Slips Bundle.

I’m sorry for taking so long to reply. It seems I lost track of this topic as it was marked as ‘Resolved’—likely by me!

That said, I can confirm that you will be able to customize the documents as you want, with the Premium Templates extension, included in WooCommerce PDF Invoices and Packing Slips Bundle. This bundle comes with our 2 paid plugins: Professional + Premium Templates.
