Additional Settings and Thank You Message

    I have referred to this page but it still does not display the Thank You Message. When I remove the code in the Additional settings the Thank You Message reappears.

    The site is niccitopping.com and the form is at the bottom of the page

    What code do you have in the Additional Settings tab?

    I have…
    on_sent_ok: “ga(‘send’, ‘event’, ‘outbound-form’, ‘CRM Submission’);”

    Based on Google’s page on adding labels etc

    Replace it with this:

    on_sent_ok: "__gaTracker('send', 'event', 'outbound-form’, ‘CRM Submission');"

    Thanks Takayuki.

    This worked perfectly, however now I have added the reCaptcha integration it has gone back to not displaying the success message – even without including the recaptcha tag included it still does not work.

    Not that I really want to but I can find no way of disabling the reCaptcha now once installed.
