    Once the ReCaptcha checkbox is checked, the user is required to satisfy a puzzle, by selecting pictures with a particular theme. Is there any way to turn off this two-step verification? I seem unable to find any way.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    It is not mandatory that Google Recaptcha will always ask you to select images for verifying.
    The questions asked by Google Recaptcha for verification depends on google’s algorithm. The working of your site is normal, there is no problem associated. If reCAPTCHA seems that your actions are not suspicious (bot or hacker), it may not display images, but the only checkbox.
